1 Definitions and Interpretation

4 Deposits and Payments

kis888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to the user's account within a short time. Users are advised to ensure payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.

All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in the user's own name. kis888 reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. The withdrawal process typically takes between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the account verification status.

Before a withdrawal is processed, kis888 reserves the right to require users to complete an identity verification process (KYC). This includes submitting a copy of MyKad or another valid identity document. This step is taken to ensure transaction security and compliance with international licensing requirements.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the kis888 management team.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The kis888 welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement for this bonus is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,200 will give the maximum bonus of RM888, bringing the total balance to RM2,088. The wagering requirement in this case is RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account unless stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified period.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.
• kis888 reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kis888 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kis888 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Results that have been recorded in the system are considered valid and final.

Bets placed using a bonus balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Winnings from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
